Reservations
Experiences up to 1 dayThe reservation is confirmed only after payment.
3, 5 and 7 days experiencesAmazing Experiences requires a 30% deposit to secure a reservation. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The balance of payment will be settled 5 days prior to the beginning of the experience.
Cancellation by Amazing Experiences
Amazing Experiences reserves the right to cancel any reservation made. In case Amazing Experiences cancels the reservation, all deposits or payments will be returned to the customer or we present the possibility of rescheduling the experience.
Amazing Experiences rarely cancels, but in certain cases it's unavoidable. Cancellations will generally only occur due to poor weather, sea conditions, mechanical failure or sudden illness leading to a lack of qualified crew.
Cancellation by Customer
Once a deposit is made, the trip is guaranteed as Amazing Experiences cannot accept bookings for the same time. Due to this, Amazing Experiences will not refund any amount or deposit already made in case of cancellation by the customer.
In case the customer wishes to change the date or time of the experience, Amazing Experiences will try to comply, but if this is not possible, then no refund will be issued, and the original booking will remain firm.
